Delivery & returns

We will endeavour to make sure your SketchTwenty3 order finds its way to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery information

We advise not book decorators until you have received your delivery. Please note, our warehouse and offices are closed on weekends, bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year. Dispatches and deliveries will not be made during this period.

Delivery

Samples are delivered free of charge. We charge £12.50 for orders under £400, any orders over £400 are delivered free of charge.

The majority of our wallpapers are held in stock in our UK warehouse and are delivered within 5 working days by courier, if for any reason it will be longer than this we will contact you by email. Muance Murals are printed to order, please allow 7-10 working days from placing the initial order for your order to be printed and shipped. Muance murals are shipped direct from Holland by UPS. If you haven’t received our order within these time periods please email info@sketchtwenty3.com with your name, address and order details and we will provide tracking information and any assistance required.

Wallpaper samples

Wallpaper samples can be ordered from the wallpaper page, by clicking ‘Order Sample’. They are priced at £1.50 per sample and these will be posted via Royal Mail 1st class. Muance samples vary in price, please see product pages.

Deliveries outside mainland UK

Regretfully we are not able to dispatch orders outside the UK as we have exclusive distributers that we supply to for the rest of the world. For this reason, our website will only accept orders from mainland UK postcodes. If you have an order request for a destination elsewhere please email orders@sketchtwenty3.com stating the details of your order and delivery destination and we will see what we can do to help you buy your dream wallpaper.

Returns

If you receive any damaged or incorrect goods, we will of course replace these. If you notice any issues or defects with your wallpaper please stop hanging immediately and do not hang more than 3 lengths, please send images of the defective paper and label to qc@sketchtwenty3.com Hanging costs can unfortunately not be reimbursed.

If the buyer wishes to return any goods please contact our sales office within 14 days, and we will arrange collection. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned adequately packaged. A restocking fee of £10 applies for authorised returns. Unauthorised returns will incur a 30% re stocking fee. Rolls must be unopened and fit for resale.

Muance murals are printed to order and can unfortunately not be returned.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return request been reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
